Complete tool set for stirrup bending.

Using the proper fittings, it is possible to execute stirrups with high speed and precision. Fittings can be acquired in three models for iron with a max. diameter of 10 mm, 16 mm and 20 mm.

Bending arm.

This equipment is foreseen for bending machines type S and 4S, it allows the bending with mandrels 12 times bigger than the iron diameter, as well as double shaping in a single operation.

Special tooling for spirals, rings and circles.

It is necessary for reinforcement of columns, tunnels and silos.

Double foot pedal.

One pedal for the clockwise direction and one for the anti-clockwise direction: they allow the immediate bending execution without replacing the bars and moving the tools.

9x9 selector panel.

Sets up to 9 bendings with 9 differnt angles. The operation is executed automatically.

Electronic control panel 10/50

It gives the option to store 50 programmes, each one including 10 different bendings. The bendings are executed in a continuous sequence for both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.

Remote electrical foot pedal for cutters

Very useful for remote control and necessary in cases of individual machine operation.

Speed variator

The inverter allows one to choose the disc speed which best matches the job application ( on average, the speed changes between 8 and 16 turns per 1').
